Frank and his website have been a huge help in repairing the Linear security system I inherited when I purchased my home. On several occassions he has returned calls after hours and on weekends to help out with my system. His prices on spare parts are also excellent.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had when buying over the net. Dont buy anywhere else. Prices were less than other sites and the customer service is top notch. Frank went beyond the call of duty to help me get this unit installed. The Linear DVS 2400 is a superb alarm system. I do suggest buying the extra keypad for your back door. 5 star rating all around for this company and his customer service and products.

We bought my grandpa a system for Christmas 2 years ago from another company. Everything was going fine until about 2 months ago. His pendant stopped working. We called and emailed the company for a week, but no one ever responded. About 2 weeks after that a new pendant was drop shipped to my grandpa's house. He put it on and thought everything was great. Then he fell and help didn't come. So we did some testing and found the pendant wasn't working. I still couldn't get in touch with anyone from the company I bought the system from, so I just googled the system. This website was the first that came up. I took a chance and called. FRANK was AMAZING. We didn't know him at all. He could have referred us back to the company that wasn't helping us, but that thought didn't even cross his mind. He jumped right in to help us and through a series of phone calls, and much of his time (which was uncompensated for) he help us to program my grandpa's pendant. I told him that I really appreciated his help and that we wanted to switch to him. He asked if we had a contract with the other company. We do, it is renewed annually and not up for a few months. He took the time to explain how the monitoring services are contracted and told me that he ethically didn't want to take customers from other companies so if I was comfortable with the monitoring I had, waiting until the contract was up might be the thing to do. I appreciated this, because the monitoring is in place and we can test it, but because of the lack of response from the other company I didn't think that I would be able to be refunded my service fees if I changed. I was even more impressed. He had spent all this time on phone calls between myself and my sister - who was at my grandpa's house to work on the system and he was not even expecting to convert me over to his service. If he gives this kind of service to people who are not even his clients, I can't wait to become his client!

I know I have already posted once, but I really feel like I need to post again. My grandpa recently passed away - which was a blessing for him. Because of Frank's constant care and attention in getting his alert set up, my grandpa was able to use the button when he needed it. Instead of dying alone, we were able to spend 4 wonderful days as a family with him, expressing our love and renewing our bond of love to one another. His passing was beautiful!! But without that system, the end of his story might not have been such a good memory for us. I can never thank you enough for that gift of time, Frank.
